Swami Swaroopananda is a senior disciple of Swami Vishnudevananda. A practicing yogi from a very young age, Swami Swaroopananda has dedicated his life to the practice and teaching of yoga. He taught in Yoga Teacher Training Courses around the world and is currently teaching advanced yoga philosophy courses and lectures internationally. He is the director of the Sivananda Ashram Yoga Retreat and the Acharya for the Sivananda centers and ashrams on the West Coast of the United States, the Middle East, and the Caribbean. He is a member of the board of directors of the International Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centers.

The daily schedule includes meditation, pranayama (breathing practices), asana (yoga postures), balanced vegetarian diet, and satsang (spiritual discourse).
We offer Yoga Teacher Training Courses and Advanced Yoga Teacher Training Courses throughout the year, as well as many other certification courses, experiential programs, and yoga vacation options.
