• Lay on your back with your knees bent at 90 degrees and your hands behind your head, keeping a straight line from elbow to elbow
• Lift your shoulders and rotate across your torso, bring your opposite elbow to knee, alternating each rep.
JC Coaching Tip: Squeeze your shoulder blades together to help keep your elbows pulled back.
