Joe here with 6 Pack Cheat Sheets. Today I’m going to show you one of the best ab exercises Side V Up.
So please take the next few minutes to learn how to do this movement by reading the coaching cues below then you’ll know exactly how to do this killer ab exercise!
• Lay on your back with your legs extended straight out and both arms straight on your stomach towards your feet
• Pull through your abs as you raise your legs up to a 45 degree angle.
• Lift your chest and reach for the outside of your heel, pause and slowly resist back.
• Regression: Bend your knees
