• Get into a low plank position with your fists directly under your eyes and elbows under your shoulders
• Keeping your hips aligned with your shoulders, open your hips side to side slow and under control
• Regression: Perform the movement on your knees.
• JC Coaching Tip: Pause and squeeze your stomach each time you open your hips!
