Add an active Stretch or movement to your tissue rolling (w foam roller lax/softball etc,.).
When you add movement or a stretch, you open up more space and allow the implement to release more tissue build up.
For those of you who are not rolling your tissue, ya gotta start!!!🙏. It's a game changer - you'll feel and move better instantly. And it's super cheap/easy. Just find a lacross or softball, put it around your major joints , roll until you feel tension and move/back n forth in that area.
