This flow is predicated on tension from head to toe. Do your best to focus on slowing your breath the entire time.

Hit each movement for 1-5 total sets:
1). Before you start, stand tall and squeeze every part of your body.
2). Front raise arms and hold. Do not let them drop (even an inch!) until you complete the flow
3). Hold an iso squat for 6 breaths
4). 5:5:5 Split Squat (5 seconds down, 5 hold, 5 up) right leg
5). Left
6). Single leg deadlift with overhead hold for 6 breaths
7). Other leg
These are 7.5 lb dumbbells and they kicked my ass! Bodyweight will give you plenty !!!

Remember, the goal is control and tension. Focus squeezing your belly in to help you get tight.
